the scum that let their dogs foul our town's streets should be locked in stocks and pillarid with there dogs poo!and so should the prats that bag it only to leave on trees etc.report the scum to the dog warden at bradford,tell them times you see this happen take photo's of the dog owners,name shame,ARISE THE CARING PEOPLE OF OF SILSDEN LETS KEEP OUR TOWN CLEAN..and same the thought less scum!!P.S. MANY THANKS TO ALL RESONSABLE DOG OWNERS IN THE TOWN. |

i know that 99% of dog owners are responsible and sensible..... but that other 1% are they just thick? or do they let their dogs crap inside their house..... I'd guess not as it is all over the pavements and as for the people who hang it on trees, not only is it an eye-saw it will remain for thousands of years and a danger to wildlife Some people are just plain stupid |
