Don't get too close to the sun said Dad, but his young son Icarus got carried away and well, his wings melted and.... Seems the old liberals have been ignored by the young too. The power seeking cleggies, the teenage libs, have jumped into bed with the dirty old tory grandees. Like real life they'll be thrown out in the morning when their usefulness is over. They'll be left on the pavement outside with no money and wondering how to get home and explain to Mum and Dad what happened. Trouble is for them they will be stuck with the results of the one night stand, just like a pregnant teenager. In 9 months time the old dogs will say the affair was never serious and go back to their wives in the City and the shire counties and they will be forgiven, it's a normal thing for the upper classes. The father will give a cash payment and keep your mouth shut and abandon the mother and deny responsibility for the child. The Lib Dems will be taking a four year old to the polling stations next time and asking us to forgive a silly mistake and telling us they have learned their lesson. They won't say who the father is but we'll guess. |

Tell me, how many of the lib dems policies would get implemented if they didn't go into coalition with the tories? Would you prefer a tory minority government? Don't you think compromising on certain party policies to make a difference to the country is more nobal than being stuborn and refusing compromise and letting the tories go it alone implementing none of the lib dem manefesto? |

they are doing alright for me both of them  I least they are working together to sort out the bloody mess those half wit labour party tossers left the country in even my young children ask me how could grown up people get a country into such a state I now tell tell two words LABOUR PARTY party for the workers dont make me laugh |

They also knew their time was comming to an end so made sure the next government would have to make so many painful cuts that they would be back in after the next general election (2015). |

Oh ok Ted, so the banking crisis is the be all and end all cause and consequence of the Recession and not the debt THIS country has accumulated as well? What happens if the government keeps paying out more than it takes in taxes? What happens to the currency? What happens to import/export? Will you be at work tomorrow? |
