this post has been edited 1 time(s) Bloody stroll on !!! Thank you to Alan Friswell for nailing one of his silsden strolls markers to an old Ash tree on the land up here with three steel nails that will now damage or even kill the tree so the marker will be removed A.S.A.P. |

So wot gives this chap the right to fix his markers to a tree. Depending on the tree's size, health and species and the spacing of the punctures, 10 holes could cause enough structural and health problems to kill the tree. Puncture wounds offer easy access to insects and diseases. |

this post has been edited 2 time(s) Beats me how that little Allan Friswell managed to get the marker so far up the tree in the first place !!! He must have been stood on Floyd's shoulders or maybee Bob T (Floyd's alias) gave him a firemans lift |
