You might want to note that this App recently sent out a "change of bin day" on the night before the new collection day, randomly, to some App users. Further, temporarily, it also actually changed the 3-months printable schedule, which is available online. If you happen to receive one, it is likely to be a spurious message that you might choose to disregard (your shout!). BMDC say that letters are always sent out via snail-mail with respect to collection schedule changes. Current problems throughout their IT systems, council-wide, were confirmed. Until this instance, the App seems to have been working well in my experience. |
