must be chaos out there for the rush hour, reported 2 vehicle accident has shut the trunk road at the steeton roundabout. i can see both sides queuing approaching steeton, with kly bound being diverted to steeton top |

Yes - Ijoined Keighley bound traffic at Crosshils at 3.45 - only now reached Silsden. Traffic backed up through town - up Bolton Road and affecting Bell Square and Skipton Road |

My train was late out of Skipton as there was no driver - he/she was stuck in traffic trying to get to work. Glad I walked down to the station this morning now. |

So that explains the large amount of traffic following the sat nav blindly up the road to East Morton - including the Slumberland HGV! Met him by the turn to the bridge, so did suggest he might like to try a U-turn there, as the hairpin, on an icy, slushy surface would probably be beyond him. Bri |
