Keighley's recycling centre will be open today (New Year's Day) to take any flood-damaged items from residents hit by the recent high water hell. Bradford District Council (BDC) has announced the Royd Ings Avenue site will be in operation between 8am and 4pm, with openeing hours extended until 4pm on January 2.
