This website and forum has been living on borrowed web server time for years. At the end of this month silsden.net in it's present form will cease to exist, BUT there is a new silsden.net in the making, and a new forum, and lots of exciting new things coming to this space. Peter

It used to be fairly simple coming down Station Road.At the roundabout you had two lanes. One for traffic going to Skipton/Kildwick and one for Keighley/Eastburn.
Now you have one for Skipton,Kildwick,Keighley and one for "Colne".
Wait while th schools go back.Because nobody will be coming down Station Road to goto Colne there will be an empty lane whilst everyone queues in the other lane.
There will be much confusion with people in the wrong lane either on purpose or queue jumping.
You would have thought the people doing the white lining would have said something. Then again they did set their wagon on fire!!!
Hope the same people dont move on to Steeton roundabout

Not seen it yet, but if it's what you describe that sounds silly!

If you are coming down Station Road, why would you be going to Colne?

Crazy sad :(
