A section of Fence is down in the Play Area,I had a look at it yesterday and each section is only held in position with 2 nails at each end. What poor workmanship the nails are only 2 inches long and only go into main post half an inch so all of the sections will be off soon. The rails need Screwing or Bolting on. Does anyone know if anyone can go and fix the rails on properly without permission from the council. |

It's a bit risky repairing stuff like that as you won't have liability insurance if someone has an accident as a result of your repair work. Of course if some stealthy ninja repair-assassin came and did it in secret and no-one knew who that was (and they did a really good sound job) then who's to know...  |

Alternatively, there is a board at the entrance of the park and that displays the contact numbers of the park ranger and park maintenance team. Maybe it's worth giving them a call and alerting them to the issue? |
