Hi, I'd like to try a bit of yoga does anyone know of a local group? I'd also like to try a bit of running in a group - do you know where the nearest group is. Thanks for any help. Jane |

There are some classes in the Craven Herald this week but not in Silsden. I think Carleton and Skipton are nearest. |

I think there is, or certainly, were yoga classes in the town hall on a weekday. Check out the notice baord on the town hall for details I guess. Also look at the notice baords for the church halls and the social clubs as they may have them too. |

Also just remembered they do yoga classes at Craven Pool and Fitness Centre. www.cravendc.gov.uk/Craven/Residents/Leisure/CravenSwimmingPoolandFitnessCentre/FitnessCentre/ Think you have to book them though. |
