Please do not write everything in capitals (it's like shouting and rude). Please use the correct topic area - FOR SALE and WANTED is really for objects/items and I don't think you would class a childminder or your son as an item  (There is an "I'm looking for" topic) and most people look at the "latest news" list when starting so there isn't a problem of users not finding your message.All that aside welcome.
