I had a takeaway from there the other night and wanted to say how good it was. Not your normal takeaway boring type of stuff but the chef has style and originality. The quality and flavours were superb and it's one of the best takeaways I've ever used. If you're in any doubt try it and see. You won't be dissapointed. |

The main course in the specialities was fantastic. It's the first time we've had a meal where we feel pleasantly full. Lovely light and tasty meals. Customer service was great." Not been there but the river spice is one of the better ones I've tasted - Azeems opposite the Friendly in Keighley is just as good - and its a bring your own grog spot as well so even cheaper to take some beer/wine along!!! |

this post has been edited 2 time(s) “wonderful, simply the best in town” River Spice I have been to few indian takeaways, but by far this is the best and local too. Food is always to a high standard. Staff are very friendly and who always make you feel welcome. Love the River Spice Platter for 2 persons "Thanks River Spice Manager and Chef if your reading"The Platter has a selection of different mixed kebabs consisting of Tandoori chicken,lamb tikka,chicken tikka,sheek kebab & onion bhaji Spicy aswell. Thanks once again River Spice and to those people who like a bit of spicy food i recommend them truly. |

TBH all the curry houses in silsden are awful imo. a combination of jared pastes and too much salt or in the case of crazy chef chicken dryer than gandi's filpflop. the best i have had thus far has been from www.shimlaspice.co.uk/index.html A tad more expensive but u can tell the difference |

“perfect every time” We order from here quite regularly and it has become the standard to which I compare all other Indian / Bangladeshi takeaways & restaurants. The food is always of a high standard, being aromatic as opposed to 'hot'. The staff are friendly and helpful and will recommend things not on the menu if you fancy something different. The takeaway itself is spotless and has a lovely atmosphere. |

This is the best Indian takeaway in the country. The food is superb and I have probably eaten there over 10 times. The owners and the staff are great. Try the Bengal monipuri chilli masala and the lamb bhuna and also mix kebab for starters. |

I was very happy with my order and it was great value for money. It come exactly on the time given and tasted fine i would reccomend this to any one. |
