this post has been edited 1 time(s) In February 2013 in the Keighley news it was said that Silsden Town Council had been FORCED by BRADFORD COUNCIL to INCREACE its PRECEPT for the first time in five years. This was to cover the cost of any by-election, £11000 each year has been ring-fenced. Also last year £5000 was ring-fenced for the Wesley Place PROJECT. Well we have not had any by-elections, and not everyone is in favour of the Project, so could some of the spare money be spent on the Flower beds we are losing, what do you think ?. |
