this post has been edited 1 time(s) I see its in the press re planning. I objected to planning for this at the time on the grounds of parking but the owner got around this by claiming a number of public car parks nearby. The council did not even check that one, The Punch Bowl was mostly private. Prior to opening I noticed it said it would be open until 2-00am which was strange as planning only allowed opening until 12. www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/10440784.Silsden_takeaway_bid_rejected/?ref=rss&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter I sent in a complaint and recieved a letter saying how busy the council were and someone would eventually get to check out the closing time.The would then inform me. I did not hear anything so a year down the line I sent a "1st anniversary of my complaint" card and still did not hear anything. I guess another takeaway applying for a 2-00 licence brought some attention to this takeaway. Would deliveries only from 12 upto 2-00am not be the answer? |
