Ive just been in to Smithies Butchers today and learned from Andrew that he has been awarded A 5 star rating from the government health scheme,scores on the doors.Apparently only 20 other butchers in yorkshire hold this and i thought he deserved a mention and a big pat on the back,goes to show that with dedication to his business, especially the cleanliness and safety management what can be achieved.Well done again Andrew,long may it continue.P.S do I get my free steak now?! |
