how many people remember the friday night dances in the town hall in the 70`s group included the nomads toasted growl tiny mo`s children and many more including a west indian steal band pete fell was usally the dj king ben was 1 of the regular boubcers so not mutch trouble ! |

I remember the dances at the town hall in the early 70's. I went every week but I don't remember any groups that played, always thought it was a disco? Unfortunately being very young and stupid at that time I was usually drunk by the time I got there. |

Saw Pete Fell last night doing a disco in Steeton. Once saw a group called Rhab Stallion at the Town Hall |
