From the T & A A man's body has been found at a layby on the Aire Valley trunk road. West Yorkshire Police said they were called to the layby on the A629 at Steeton at about 11.55am on Monday (November 13). A police spokesman said: "The male, who is believed to be in his 60s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. "Inquiries are continuing but his death is not believed to be suspicious." Two police cars remained at the scene this afternoon, with the only other vehicle in the layby an articulated lorry. |
