what on earth is going on with the traffic, I can see it backed all the way along the bypass towards kildwick, surely not just the roadworks in silsden causing this, its ridiculous |

Yep, just the roadworks, again..... Also looks like the hole is just on the pavement, again ..... |

thought I'd skip the main drag into silsden so I carried on to kildwick and up priest bank.only to find temp lights at the top of skipton road! |

Ive spoken to Yorkshire Water and they have postponed the work now, they are coming over to fill the holes in and re schedule, so a waste of everyones time ! Needs sorting before the xmas market on sunday thats for sure ! |

What is the XMas market? Or are you referring to Christmas Market? I detest the abreviations given to the Christian religious festivities. It really does reflect the lack of morals in today's society. I feel it is a mockery of the real meaning of Christmas. I do not intend this as an attack o. You Shevaun, but it really does offend me. |

I agree with gamekeeper, when I was at school the religious studdies teacher a miss Mitchell went mad with a lad who put Xmas instead of Christmas, she said the cross was a sign of Christ's death not of his birth. What does our David think? |

This is a bit of a leap from a hole in the paveement causing traffic problems to the meaning of Christmas.  |

What an appalling mis management of road works,a total disregard to road user,s and pedestrians, of Silsden Have they gone on strike !if they don't sort it out by Friday , can we have volunteers to help fill it in and take back our Town, they need teaching a lesson. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
