This website and forum has been living on borrowed web server time for years. At the end of this month silsden.net in it's present form will cease to exist, BUT there is a new silsden.net in the making, and a new forum, and lots of exciting new things coming to this space. Peter

The lad and me came up from Grimsby where we now live to cheer on my home town team in the FA CUP well worth a £ fiver to watch a good game Im sure the 170 other paying Silsden'ers agree. How about a few more of you supporting the team i'm sure 200 a game would make a big difference.

It would be good to get a few more down as the bigger the crowd the better it is for the players. Our sponsors, Link Telecom are offering a a deal to give people over 60, those in full time education any children under 16 a free season ticket. This entitles the holder free entry to all League games for this season.

Also if anybody wants to get involved they are welcome in particular on matchdays where volenteers are needed for duties such as programme sellers, turnstyle operators, stewards and such any of which get you free admission.
