I am a little confussed... You will need to give us more info if you would like a response.... You tell us they ripped you off by just over £1000 and then state you have lost £1995....???? |

I had a massive probelms with them, I bought a car from them in 2007 and had a problem with a leak which was coming into my footwell, they had my car for 6 weeks, and then the best solution they came up with "Well park it facing the opposite way round and then passing traffic wont splash water onto that side of the car" as you can imagine I was extremely angry. So they agreed to get a technical specialist in, it turned out to be an internal membrane inside the door which was broken. Also when I have had servicing done they keep your car for days, which is most inconvenient and they do not open til 9 and close at 5 so if you work you struggle to drop off and collect your car. After my experience I have not been back to them. |

They had my Dad's car for 3 weeks "trying" to fix a problem with the immobiliser, which they replaced twice at his expense, over £800, and it still had the problem. Took it to a proper mechanic in Haworth who fixed it in one day. In my opinion they are not mechanics they are just part swappers who don't really know how to fix things. |
