FIRM SOLVES PARKING ISSUE Silsden AFC supporters and away fans have been given a safe place to park during weekend matches thanks to local firm Habisit Rossi. The machine company has offered its car park on matchday for football fans to use. Supporters have been parking on Keighley Road and its pavements during matches, prompting complaints from residents. Habisit Rossi marketing manager Andrew Randall said fans could now use its car park, which has more than 50 spaces, at weekends. He said "We became involved in Silsden AFC when we started sponsoring one of its junior girls teams.At one of its committee meetings the isue of parking came up and we realised we could help out.It was a policy we brought in last year that we want to support more community projects".
