Hi Silsden folks I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom property with a garden or yard, up to £115 per week. Here's some background about my situation... I'm a self-employed artist who is currently on DSS while my business develops. I've recently been awarded a Leeds City Council grant towards my first major solo exhibition in Headingley, Leeds. (website: www.rachelhindsarts.com). Additionally, housing benefit would be paid directly to the landlord. As a responsible dog owner, I'm prepared to pay an extra bond, have the property professionally cleaned at the end of my tenancy, and pay full costs in the unlikely event of damage. ive seen 4 to let in silsden but dont know wot the rent is on them, 1 up aireview on the right handside going up, 1 on tufton street off skipton rd, another on west view of skipton rd and another on clifford street also of skipton rd good luck in yr search |
