Speaking to 2 "Tarmac" inspectors this afternoon on the tow path regarding the break up of the path under the trees. Their interpretation is the trees and bushes are taking all the water out of the ground, including the shavings they put down. They decided cement would end up just the same so were not sure what the solution was, i suggested flagging it. |
