Landrover owners of Silsden BEWARE!!! Last night someone tried to steal my Defender around 1am this morning 21st Oct. He came well prepared - even a replacement steering wheel because he took mine off together with the crook lock - also disarmed the alarm. I managed to scare him off as he was about to freewheel it down my drive, no doubt to hot wire it in the street. I am now left with a hefty bill and will increase the security of my landrover. these people are the scum of the earth. The police were good, arrived 15 mins after my phone call. |

Did the thief leave you with the steering wheel? Had a steering wheel nicked off a landy in silsden last week Thanks andrew |

  Could this be where three stolen 4x4s ended up? A few hundred yards east of Whetstone gate on Ilkley Moor. The Police have been informed. |

this post has been edited 1 time(s) middy they look like 4x4 numtie novices that dont know what they are doing  so could be stolen vehicles 2 of them have road tyres on |
