HS3 is not going to be here until 2030! It would be a lot more use to us all now; if they re-opened the 8 mile between Skipton and Colne giving a direct route between Leeds and Manchecter, most of the track bed is still there, a feasibility study has already been done, which says it is possible. |

They wont use old track, nothing to be gained by contractors. No it will have to be New costing millions.. |
