That just goes to show how cruel and inconsiderate some people can be, I do not know the dog owner but can see it is up Air view and they probabley will be seen walking the route again in the future   |

Yes it does look bad. She looks like a young girl who can't cope with the dog at that moment in time.They can be very frustrating. |
