Does anyone remember James Deacon? I have heard that he was a conman in the building trade in the early 1990s, and worked for what used to be County Consultants on Briggate. Does anyone know what he did? |

Yep, I remember him well  Used to live near me, and someone 'accidentally' spilled paint stripper/acid on his car.....HOHOHO! |
