can anyone help or recomend some one to fix my laptop before i put it through my window every time i try to do anything it freezes then crashes its driving me mad plz help thanks |

I suggest that you get them to fix the FULL STOP and SHIFT keys at the same time! |

Roosterman: Lesleyh's original message didn't have any full stops at the end of sentences, hence no capital letters at the beginning of new sentences, as if the two keys mentioned don't work. |

I had an accident in August breaking both arms so haven't really been working but I will try and help you out. Solutions 1 If it is a dell, bin it. If it is under warranty go back to the shop. 2 -- and this is a serious comment,find a teenager who specializes in IT at school as many are excellent on PCs Good Luck. |

I have fixed many Dell laptops. And teenagers have this anoying habit of always being right (been there done that), but always being right will not always protect your data. Most, but not all, computer problems are caused by malware. |

Too many unused (never) programs and various browser toolbars. Fixed registry and ran disk clean up and defrag... General house keeping |
