Was anybody else caught in the mayhem that the circus caused whilst leaving this morning ? 11/04/11.They timed their departure just for the rush hour then decided to have somebody stood in the road ( without authorisation ) stopping vehicles allowing circus death traps to exit the field. Thanks for making me late for work as I and many other legitimate tax payers waited patiently only to find them waiting in a lay-by further down the bypass.....pointless !!!! May I suggest that if they want to close roads for future circus purposes that they apply for the traffic order through the council as any other would |
