Hi all, Just wanted to say to all people using the park. Can you watch out for a guy, approx 25-30yrs old with a brown staffy dog I think, who is going around breaking tree branches on the trees so that his dog can swing from them. He has broken multiple big branches on the trees on the far side of the park, near the bungalows. I have seen him from the top field but haven't managed to get to him to ask him to stop it! This guy is just damaging trees for his dogs enjoyment. Think the local authorities would be interested to know who he is as its criminal damage! Thanks. |

Thank you for the post and your concern,I trust this has also been reported to the police ? It is only by informing (via silsden.net & press}Plus reporting ANY INCIDENCES to the police,that we together,the good proud people of silsden can help reduce ant-social,drug & petty crimes.Although this is relatively low compared with other towns the size of Silsden and we can go out at night and feel safe,we must not become complacent !! Thank you Daydreamer. |
