Anyone know what is going on down there. Police been there all day, PCSO standing guard outside earlier on. Crime, accident, tragedy? |

At about 2:30 the police were in the grounds of Becks House. |

the police dog handler was there this afternoon .two vans and a police car still there at 8-30 when we passed, all the lights on in becks house and some windows wide open.I hope its not something horrible thats happened. |

Which one is Becks House ? We know someone who lives very near the telephone exchange, I just hope its nothing horrible. |

Surely the police investigate more crimes than these two! We will have to wait and see if anything is reported officially, if may be that we never find out the reason. Bear in mind that if you google Silsden, the first site that appears is silsden.net so if any potential visitors (especially with the Tour de France coming through the town next year) looks through the site what do they see? Drugs Factory, Death trap town hall, awaiting the accident, illegal puppy farm(all from this weeks posts) - a real great first impression. I'm not knocking the site, I think it's excellent and Peter does a very good job, but wouldn't it be nice to see a few more positive posts about Silsden.
