does anyone know what happened at the planning meeting on 15th October, countryside properties were doing a presentation |

Representatives of Countryside Properties (2 of them) came and they explained what they were proposing to do. They propose to build 191 houses - 4, 3 and 2 bed. The council asked questions and they answered some and some points they took away to get answers to or to rethink. Yorkshire water had told them there was not a problem with the sewer and Bradford had told them there was not a problem with the traffic  They were informed of the truth on these points.I have to say they seemed reasonable and did listen to suggestions and comments on the project. They seem to want to do the right thing. Time will tell! |
