I walk around the fields and hills surrounding Silsden at least once each weekend. I hardly see a soul. Fantastic. Television and computers are great at stopping people, especialy children from spoiling the countryside. Please don't start looking at maps or guide books and upsetting my solitude by dragging kids into the fresh air. Actually I'm joking. You should all get out and about with your kids. This neck of the woods is just about as lovely as you will ever find. |

Thanks to google maps street view it is now possible to exploor the countryside from my computer. Now if there were some way to order food online! |
