The new Woody's gym in Highfield Lane, Silsden is fabulous. The staff are kind and know their stuff inside out. In September, I had an extremely painful arthritic flare-up and suffered pain and decreasing mobility. Thought I just had to put up with it. I wasn't offered any therapy from the GP. (I am not complaining about that as times are hard as we know). Then my daughter put me onto Woody's - www.gymwoodys.co.uk I joined the knee therapy class and the over 60's exercise class and am receiving high quality attention from Clare and Lois. My walking is getting better by the day and all round I am feeling much better. Really grateful for this new resource in the town. They do lots more stuff beside therapy and its comfortable and welcoming. |
