Just been and tried out Serenity up Briggate And I have to say it was fantastic, the woman was really friendly and I have to say the price is very reasonable. I have booked myself in for another full body massage Just thought I would spread the word |

Is that the new place on the left as you go up? I keep meaning to get a massage but I'm not sure if the BodyFix Pyhsio would be a better bet for me as I want more of a "pummeling", well not exactly but you know what I mean. I have shoulder ache a lot and a massage really helps, but her indoors says her hands get tired after a couple of minutes, lol. So what kind of massage did you get a Serenity then was it a gentle relaxing one or a "work the knots out" one? And how much does it cost if you don't mind me asking? |

Well I am 13 weeks pregnant so she did the massage on my side. I get a lot of neck pain and lower back pain, which it told the lady and she did neck stretching. And worked out a lot of knots in my shoulders to. I got a full body massage legs, arms, hands shoulders and back for 25. She said as I was pregnant she should do it easy. But it was very good, I have recommended to my brother in law as he plays a lot of football and gets back pain. You should go for it honest |

Only aving a laugh. Its gud to get al the knots out. U can move alot beter get loads wi throwing washers and engines on truck. A good massage gets the blood flowing to the muscles stops cramps. |
