Have a look at David Cameron's speech today saying that residents appeals against unpopular developments will soon cost more, have tighter time restraints and be generally seen as time wasting. This probably won't directly affect existing appeals (like the Steeton Village Green one) but it will usher in unrestricted opportunities for developers to help get the economy back on track. He thinks. |

No change then. Bradford Council issue planning permission to anyone who comes up with a one off payment to council coffers!! |
