I thought I better start a new topic about this. I have been looking into it a bit and it seems that that things moved very quickly regarding the ban.That suggests to me that the complainant must be someone with a lot of influence as I am sure that most people would have supported the farmer.Did the farmer even have time to appeal, he was apparantly gathering names in support. Even more worrying is that unlike normal planning issues any objections are confidential and are not even available under the freedom of information act |

ginjo mr fothergill was after lawful use but for some reason he was turned down  his agent must not of filled the paperwork or something in propelly, lawful use appplications must be filled in correct or they are chucked out. as the first person to get lawful use in the bfd district(i am sure i was 1st)i know what its like to have this grief, i had to bring in proffesionals from rotherham, if you want to know who complained ask mr fothergill or his agent as they will have all such information, hope this helps you in your inquiry, see not a bad chap realey am i |
