If it costs £1.2m for a major study into a South Bradford link road (https://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/17698700.ambitious-south-bradford-link-road-plan-moves-forward-as-12m-is-agreed-for-study) why does it cost £700,000 for a smaller study into a crossing at Silsden/Steeton on the A629? |
