IMPORTANT PLEASE READ This website and forum has been living on borrowed web server time for years. At the end of this month silsden.net in it's present form will cease to exist, BUT there is a new silsden.net in the making, and a new forum, and lots of exciting new things coming to this space. what a shame that two councillors representing Silsden cannot agree on which crossing should be improved, a decision could have been made last thursday, the money is available but no, there was a long debate/argument and a decision has now been delayed till june. They need their heads banging together |

ginjo adrian naylor is wanting to upgrade the most dangerouse that is clog bridge elliot st, mallinson only wants to do the town hall one ie move it so he can make the ramp outside the townhall safe as of yet there isnot enough room to fit it in ,also highways want paying for any works carried out to come from the 300,000 town hall budget, and we all know that its already over budget,as told by bfds own builder at the presentation so get behind cllr naylor and support him to make a dangerous crossing safe |

skippy I e-mailed adrian naylor last week to support his cause and to offer ideas I just think its stupid when there is all this infighting and point scoring going on.I have also put an objection in to the planning department regarding the ramp at the town hall |

as far as i can see Adrian Naylor wants what is best for the town Mallinson wants what is best for bradford its obvious the worst crossing is clog bridge/elliot st |

Reading this report you have got to wonder why Councillor Mallinson is so desperate to get the crossing by the town hall moved when we all know the Ellot Street junction and the associated crossing is far more dangerous. www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/10354411.print/ |

this post has been edited 1 time(s) quote Mallinson wants what is best for bradford Mallinson wants whats best for Mallinson, as always.Self before town is his motto. |

If Mallinson was voted in, surely he can be voted OUT. What about " vote of no confidence". If he isn't working for the towns best interests why is he here? Mr Naylor does seem to have our interests at the forefront of his work. |

Just out of interest, when is the local elections due to take place, bearing in mind North Yorkshire have had theirs today? |
