Silsden Civic Society could fold if no-one comes forward to take on the positions of secretary and chairman before the end of March. The stark warning was given at the group's annual meeting. Ivor Reakes told members that unless someone came forward the society would have to close at the end of the planned year of speakers. The group attracts an average of 74 people to its meetings and has a healthy financial balance.
