I like many other parents have a concern over dogs roaming with no owner in sight, especially with my young children at the dogs height.
I noticed a brown staffy with a collar but no owners about running around the fire station in silsden.
Although it is probably a nice dog, I have a fear of their potential danger, especially of the breed & lock-jaw. I would appreciate all owners keeping their dog on a lead where there is a chance of children about - near schools, public paths.
I felt silly turning and almost running with a toddlers & a buggy away from the dog and my child has picked up on how terrified I was. But to be honest I really
