Zumba is good exercise and fun too,mondays at Hothfield school 7pm Weds at eliot youth centre,£4 one hour, get fit and have a laugh at same time. |

can thoroughly recemmend zumba,also at south craven school on tuesdays 7pm |

Can you just turn up, or do you have to book? Do you have to wear any special type of shoes/clothes??? |

you can just turn up at south craven,google local zumba classes for times,£5.00 a lesson pay as you go,wear loose comfortable clothing and comfy shoes and you will need to take a drink. really good fun for all ages!!no sense of rhythm required trust me!!!! |

The Wednesday night at Silsden is moving to the Sunnybank as of tonight, starts 7pm but I would get there for 6.50 - 6.55 £4.00 per session  |
