I know this is a subject that may have been discussed before.
But we've got a new puppy and my daughter wants to take it to Embsay Dog Training.
As it's £60 for a course I'd be interested in any comments before we sign up. |

We took our dog to a lady who does classes in Ilkley and Bierley. She was really good and we had great results. |

I am at work at the moment. i will post her details when I get home later.
She is a trainer wgo is registered with the Ass. of Pet Dog Trainers and she has been doing training since the 1980's. For puppies she does a course which is 2 hours a week for 5 weeks (10 hours altogether). She does Ilkley on a Saturday morning, and I think Bierley on a Sunday. It was £85. Then you can move onto doing obedience and intermediate classes.
We had to have indvidual classes becuase of our dogs particular needs of our dog which were £30 an hour. |

We took our young Bullmastiff there last year and lasted 3 sessions (I think). I'm sure they're very good, but they use extremely aggresive training methods. One lady I remember was very close to tears (and didn't come back again) when her Border Collie was hurt by being yanked back to gain it's attention. |

It's Embsay Alan, although the training takes place in Skipton near the railway station.
As I say, they appeared to be good at what they did judging by the numbers continuing in the more advanced classes following ours. But their methods were not for me. |

Always had one skippy. This one is just one, replaced the dog that died earlier this year.
I really liked that dog... We used to fuck each day, and then he would cum in my mouth... Beautiful feeling... I miss him really...
But it's turning out to be a bit of a yapper and is peeing me off! |
