phil is usually in fairly early 9am. |

he used to arrive arond 6am to clean he would then leave n come back around 10.30am |

come on silsdeners cobbydalers support your own businesses,some are 40% down on takings,staff being laid off etc due to these lights,especially the bridge chippy who has a queue of traffic in front most of the time,i park on elliott st and walk over'  '); |
