this post has been edited 1 time(s) .. The extremely smooth shiny and very slippery when wet drain/ manhole cover which is on New Road? I did at about 4pm this evening. On the way back from the vets, when it was raining, and the said manhole cover had a nice sheen of water. Concentrating on keeping an eye on the dog and not noticing the cover I put a foot on it and kind of like on cartoons where someone steps on a banana peel and ends up on there back in one swift move that was me. I am worried someone else will do the same thing and end up in a worse state than me I(although I have to say I am not exactly enjoying the bruises and soreness I have been left with)The dilema is do I report it to the council, but then who is actually responsible for manhole covers? |

Report using the online form. You will find a link to it here silsden.net/town_council/fault_report2.htm Councils do not like being sued and I don't suppose Bradford is any different. |
