I've just been dragged into Keighley by the other half to get some bits. I needed to purchase a small geometry kit, the type we used to use at school, with 15 cm ruler, protractor, compass, set square etc. Went into Sainsburies, only to find that they didn't stock anything like that. Given the fact that I dislike Keighley to say the least, i didn't venture into town. I was about to go into Skipton, when I thought about Lampkins (formerly Twiggs Newsagents). They stocked all the equipment I needed, at a very modest price. Thank you to the lady in the shop. I will make a point of trying local first in future!! |

i do the same with Paul's d i y many a time ive not been able to find what i want gone to him he has it and its dirt cheap he usually rounds prices down £1.57 will become £1.50 i often round them up  he quite often has things you cant find anywere else as well |

Agree with Puma, Pauls the man that's usually got what you want, and he knows exactly where it is in his aladins cave of stuff. |
