Manchester United and Chelsea maybe the favourites to win this cup but Silsden AFC U19's kick off the opening round with a home game against Guiseley at Cougar Park on Mon 24th September(7-45pm). |

Having beaten Guiseley and Hall Road Rangers Silsden hosted the worlds oldest club,Sheffield tonight.Silsden won 3-1 and now play in the same round as Leeds Utd,Bradford City Notts Forest.But its Bury from Football League 2 who will play Silsden.Game to be played at Gigg Lane,Bury next Monday. |

Superior fitness from full time Bury saw Silsden beaten 3-0.It was a battling performance against the side from the football league.But it shows how far Silsden have come to make a game of it against higher opposition Highlights will be shown on Sky channel 203 on Friday at 7-00pm |
