Yorkshire Water have teamed up with Homeserve to send out letters offering Plumbing & Drainage cover for just £9 a year but increasing to £96 after the 1st year. Some of it is fair but it fails to mention that if your drains join with neighbours, from the point where they join it is legally Yorkshire Waters responsibility even on private land.
