Bradford planning as with nearly all councils in Yorkshire, Britain, Europe and the world are guided by Local Agenda 21 and subsequently, if we so not understand or address Agenda 21 we cannot affect anything that occurs in the council as Agenda 21 is all pervasive, in the form of Local Agenda 21.This is related to the UN programme, Agenda 21. Sustainable development is Agenda 21. We all want to save the planet, but not the UN controlled sustainable development way for it is a coercive mechanism; how else could we reach a reduction in carbon emissions to a level 80% below the 1990 baseline? ( Think, - this means that, in 2050, a projected population of 9.7 billion would have to emit 80% less carbon than a population of 5.2billion, ( 1990.) This would take us right back to mid 18th century emissions. Window..or is it PETER!! WE think this is wonderful...at last a government document that puts together joined up thinking!! Has to be better than any current situation/documents that meets pointless short term objectives for political gain!! |

People actually go on courses to learn it. It is --"The Delphi Technique is being utilized in virtually every community in the United States today. Stakeholder councils go into communities under the guise of receiving input from citizens regarding the “visioning” process of turning their towns into “Sustainable Communities”. Concerns of citizens are ignored in favour of preconceived outcomes.
