"They have come to the conclusion that, due to the abnormal costs of developing this site, these payments cannot be afforded” ..and..Skipton Properties announced a pre-tax profit of £4.5 million!! I want to swear..Peter..can I ? |

the way i believe this works is builder agrees to conditions to get planning builder starts work ( or prior to starting-) builder then flouts laws and/or asks for removal of conditions builder threatens huge legal fight with enormous bill council cant afford said legal fight council backs down builder makes even more money council say nothing public get shafted repeat as required ............ anyone who knows Verity knows one thing, the bloke doesn't give a #### about anything but money .he will spend £50,000 in legal fees to get a council to back down from the £100,000 he is supposed to pay....you do the maths . |
