As many people in Silsden may have heard it is now West Yorkshire Police's intention to sell the police station. Now is the time to stand up and make your feelings felt! Once it is gone there won't be another built and the battle to retain even a minimal police prescence in the town will be dealt a massive blow! Ask your three new Tory district councillors, all who stood on a platform of increasing police presence, what they have done and will be doing to campaign for the people of Silsden! Make your voices heard to Bradford and West Yorkshire Police! Ask why the police precept has increased by 14.9% this year in your community charge and the people of Silsden continue to get less for their money! |
